Bright Star is a group of young dynamic individuals run with the spirit of developing Chisapani making the most out of youths’ potentials. We have been working in the sectors of education, health, sports, culture, and archaeology. We also run the Health Fund for Indigent People and Temple Preservation Fund. Engagement with Bhimeshwor Community Learning Center and Library – the best library in the district – has been one of the most rewarding experiences for us. Seeing the library become more resourceful has motivated us to formalize our effort at linking the library with book donors. So, we initiated ‘One Person, One Book’ campaign in 2017. The campaign continues in 2018 as well and is envisioned to become an annual undertaking.
Bright Star has organized scores of cultural programs in this span of time. We have organized two regional level volleyball competitions so far. We also aim to strengthen social harmony in beautiful diversity that Chisapani has.
